Seems like your pod has a nice decor-value. My dupes mostly stand around in my bristle berry farm to relax and enjoy the nice flowers xD You could make your pod unaccessible by placing it behind doors and not allow dupes to go in. Though I think they increase their skills there, so this would be an issue.
